This is a new property that was opened too early - some of the parts of the building are still under construction. Most importantly, the staff did not receive adequate training to provide basic hotel customer service. For example, the receptionists tried to charge me twice for the prepaid room. The young inexperienced servers at breakfast lack basic restaurant waiting skills - mix up orders, very slow, and do not have basic communication skills. The management should invest some resources to train their inexperienced staff.
Some of the positive things that stood out:
- very good breakfast a la carte menu
- nice interior design of rooms
- good quality toiletries, including dental kits
- bathrobe and slippers are available
- reliable internet, TV has Netflix and other internet based apps
- pool/beach towels are available
- good size of the swimming pool and plenty of chairs available
- most of the staff speak good English (except for the young servers waiting tables in the morning)
