The hotel was close to Victoria train station, which went on for example a direct train to Gatwick and metro to the center. However, the hotel was really run-down, and the toilets do not function as though we had our own toilet in our room. The hotel was crowded and our room did not fit to stand two people at the same time. Our room was carpeted, which smelled absolutely awful. Our room was still "in the basement", so the upstairs steps were very wooden floors throughout. The hotel staff also made some of its own renovations, and renovations at night? We are not going to stay in this hotel no longer repeated, as we found out that on the same street was cooler hotels and they had a lovely breakfast room and much cooler anyway. Our hotel was more like a motel. I am disappointed that the price-quality ratio. However, the only plus side of the case is the fact that the train / metro station was so close, and it facilitated the interaction of sightseeing and going back to the airport. I do not think that it will not replace the hotel's shortcomings, and I would be willing to go to a more expensive hotel further away from the train station, so I could get a good service, clean room, and above all, friendly service from the staff.
