We (I and my mum) visited the hotel in the mid/end of April. The timing was perfect. There were only few other tourists and most of the other visitors were cyclists and they were cycling all the time. The staff was multilingual (at least English, German, French and of course Spanish) and very polite. We had a rental car and found always a parking place near the hotel. There were always empty sun chairs on the pool area, and lots of space on the beach and the beach is right next to the hotel. The water on the pool and the sea was already so warm, that you could swim. Our room was spacious (we had a room with small kitchen and bathroom). Cleaning worked well, except dishes were not properly washed, so we had to wash them by ourselves. Breakfast was huge. I have never seen so much food. Only negative thing was, that they didn't bring tea pots to the table - only coffee pots. If you wanted to have tea, you had to get it from a machine. The location was good. Short walk away from supermarkets (Spar), restaurants and natural park S'Albufera. Port of Alcudia is also near by and you can walk along the beach to get there. I would definetely go there again and recommend it, if you are looking a hotel near Alcudia.
