Room with a river view!
The hotel was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable! But I must confess that I was upgraded to a much more grand room than I booked. Not sure why but I was grateful! I also had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and everything was delicious. I also loved the location of the hotel, right on the river. Close to the city center but in an area more quiet. Really wonderful.

Clean room, lovely big comfy bed, only niggle, nowhere to put towels in bathroom , no towel rail , or shelf , had to just lay them in the floor of shower , definitely needs even a hand towel rail

A Gem sitting on the banks of the River Ness
Beautiful hotel, I stay in lots of Hotels on Business and this one is right up there with the best, the attention to detail from the staff right through to the Rooms, Bar and Restaurant was First Class, was only there for 1 night but will definitely be back with my wife next time, wonderful setting overlooking the river, thank you so much for making my stay so enjoyable,

Wasn't bad wasn't great
Booked here as was taking part in Loch Ness marathon. The location was perfect and that's about it. Upon checking in I was charged the total cost of the stay again despite being confirmed I'd payed. The room was ok however there were patches of mould on the ceiling and in the shower and our room wasn't serviced. The hotel seems nice enough, but overpriced compared to others I've stayed in in Inverness. Nice bar, basic mouldy room.

4/10 Fair

Try and not stay in room 917 in the Waterview section. Last room at the back of the building right above where they roll service carts in and out. Very noisy room with the carts and music. Takes the toilet 3 minutes of filling after flush and very noisy. Ok hotel but definitely not worth $340 a night.

4/10 Fair

This place is old and run down! I booked a room that could sleep 3 people thinking it was a “family” room but it was the tiniest most claustrophobic room. For the price they charge - this room was pathetic! This place had no elevators so we had to carry our 4 suitcases ourself with no help from the staff. Ali the concierge was very nice and helpful. I would give him 4 stars! They have free breakfast but the breakfast is basic. The Sunday roast at their hotel restaurant wasn’t bad but it was too pricey for what we were served. I was paying 4 star hotel prices with 1 start hotel! It was terrible room and I didn’t want to stay in it at all so stayed out all day only to come back to sleep. I wish I had chosen another option but if you are looking for a hotel… don’t book this one!
