The service was substandard!
We came from Finland and had booked accommodation for our small group, meaning four rooms in total. I made the reservation through Hotels.com. We also held a meeting in the hotel’s conference facilities on one of the days. This hotel was a huge disappointment.
The hotel does not take care of its customers or their reservations.
Due to a snowstorm in Finland, some of us were delayed by a full day as our flight was late. Those in our group who arrived on time informed the reception about this. However, the rooms were not held for us. We had to negotiate about them for a very long time. We had paid for the rooms and breakfasts in advance, but now I noticed that they were charged again.
The electricity went out frequently in the rooms, and the screen in the conference room kept disconnecting due to power outages.
