Moved to 3 different rooms in an hour and a half; final room was very dirty- ring of fecal matter in toilet, food crusted on to nightstand. Poor communication with staff, including being lied to in the process of switching rooms. Finally got settled a bit after midnight- with a 3 year old.
Room 1- no remote which led to discovery of a Broken tv... an hour and a half later. Room 2 they delivered keys to us around 11:45- we move and arrive and the keys don't work. We all head down to the lobby and are surprised it didn't work. New room #3- we are finally given room type we booked and it's still filthy but functional. We are exhausted and our kiddo needed sleep... so we are stuck in a filthy room as the best option. Get what ya pay for I guess?
