We visited Rome with my girlfriend in the end of August. The hotel was great. When we first arrived at the hotel there were staff ready to take our luggage up to our room. We even received our room 2-3 hours before check-in! :) The area where the hotel is located is peaceful. Breakfast was good, because you could the had a variety of cereal, bread, fruits, pastries etc. The air conditioning in the room was good too.
Not a lot of tourists in the vicinity so you feel more like you are abroad. Found a great restaurant nearby, Il Pizzicotto, and eat the best pasta there on our stay in Rome.
Our room was cleaned 1-2 at least every day. Also towels were changed every day. Maybe too often, but the service was nice in general and all of the employees were friendly. Ask for a city map at the front desk, it proved to be very usefull. Definitely a 4 or 5 star hotel.
