Beautiful hotel, great location. Very clean room and common areas. We only stayed one night but would love to go back and stay longer. The breakfast buffet was delicious, I highly recommend it. Very close to Canada Place, if you are in town before or after a cruise. Easy walking distance even with luggage.

Had an excellent experience in all areas. The staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful and friendly. Shout-outs to Parker for outstanding attention in the dining and lounge visits and Raphael in guest services for above and beyond help with technical difficulties getting return flight boarding passes and airline check in completed the day before we flew home.
