The staff was nice and the hotel lobby was welcoming. Everything else was not as pleasant. First, I did not see any accessible parking, so if you have someone who has physical limitations, you may have to drop them off before parking. Next, all of the doors to the rooms looked like they had been kicked-in or damaged by a rowdy crowd. Third, the rooms were okay at best. You can tell they spent money on redecorating, but not on quality renovations/ repairs. Lastly, the rooms were not very clean. The bathtub was full of someone’s hair, & when I used the sanitizer wipes to clean the surfaces, each wipe was quite dirty, which tells me the rooms were not thoroughly cleaned between guests. Hopefully, this is not representative of all of the La Quinta properties, as they used to be decent, especially for road trip stopovers.
