Definetly is our family favorite hotel!
We travel once a month to Orlando and spend time at theme parks with our 3 girls.
By random search we picked this time Hyatt.
And we felt in love with family room that come with bunkbed. Girls loveed it. Large room, clean, 2 tvs, decent size bath with shower.
Breakfast s syle of layout is very spread. Variations of Breakfast. Sitting area is large, spread out and very clean.
Staff its amazing. Last rush came down to eat 20 min before closing and food ran out.
One of the sfaff came out to let us know that they are replenishing all food and will be plenty for all guests. Staff was very kind and friendly, respectful and ready to help.
Pool area is super large, water temperature if pool is at least 89°F..which makes it warm and very comfortable to play and swim for hours. Water was clean. Jacuzzi is large and nice hot temperature.
Brandon welcomed us,checked us in . He was extremely friendly and respectful with us and our baby girls, funny, polite and happy. Made us feel very special and welcomed.
James is the manager and he made sure things were perfectly in order for us and our girls and that we had everything that we needed in our room and on property!
We cant wait to go back every time we ll have the opportunity!
