Didn’t get the room I paid for
We had a reservation of an 56 size room with king bed and a Nile view. As we did our check in, we were placed to a room with a partial Nile view, no king bed and size of only 28. As I asked about it, the response was that this is the room I booked. Next day after I wrote an first impression review, a manager had tried to contact the room to talk about it . After 2 nights we were able to have a room with a Nile view and king bed but still the size of the room was half of what we had booked. The hotel didn’t compensate anything. For a 5 star Hilton hotel, the service was absurdly bad. The hotel left and impression that they only want the customers money and that they only do the minimum effort for service. Level of staff was low and slow. Shame for the Hilton hotels.
