Worse hotel. Poor management. Lie to your replies
Hotel delays outside taxis on purpose so u have to book hotel cars at 5 times the price! Very noisy music plays all day and late night. Any pool room view gets loud music in the rooms all day. Resturant is same food with little twist each day. Very little choice and you get bored of the food. Other hotels have much better choice we stayed at before. Jungle aqua and sinbad where 10times better and jungle water park much better at half the price!.
Management don't care, complain to them and they don't get back to you! This was the general manager, duty manager! Worse experience ever. Would never book again and advise others this is rubbish. Complex looks like cheap apartment on Airbnb. And photos ambience lighting don't look like photos at night! Very dim and dull.
Al la carte restaurant you can only gononce a week! Was not bad but would definitely not pay £50 to eat there after only 1 allowed. Rooms you have to keep asking for toiletries and towels for 3 as drop 2.
30 min to check in after long flights, and had to ask for another room as room was not clean or of good standard. Book family pool view room and twin garden room. Atlease the garden room was quiet side.
All plastic plates outside like a kids party.
Drinks are so watered down only a shark would taste the drop in the ocean.
Alcohol very cheap rubbish. Breakfast drinks just watered down squash. Then you have the reps going around harassing anyone pool side to book a tour. When get outside 3 times cheaper.
