Booked this place 6 months in advance, it went out of business 4 months prior to my arrival, I received no notice, and arrived for my stay to find the place boarded up and the doors chained. Could not reach anyone at orbitz in a timely matter nor get anyone to speak with live, so we had to book a room for the night out of pocket at an inferior place. When orbitz finally called the booked my stay the remainder of my stay at an inferior resort, my original booking was 5 stars, the new booking was 4 stars, I had prepaid my original booking and resort fees, the new place had higher resort fees and orbitz did not reimburse or compensate me for those fees. We had MLB tickets for the night we arrived and missed the game trying to find a room, agin orbitz offered no compensation. Greatly disappointed that that i received no notice of my original booking closing down and was still listed on the orbitz website as active until the next day after my arrival and then was taken down. I will turn this over to my attorney as we feel there is compensation due and file a complaint with the better business bureau.

Loved the quiet and getting the roof top pool to ourselves. Also the beach was not very crowded so it was easy to lay back and relax without too much going on around us

상당히 오랜된 건물이지만 대체적으로 룸과 시설은 깔끔한 편입니다. 또한, 호텔 수영장 및 해변 접근이 용이하게 되어 있어서 가족 단위로 놀러 오기는 좋은 호텔입니다. 다만, 세탁 서비스는 외주를 주고 있으며 상당히 비싸고, 운동시설의 경우 좁고 곰팡이 냄새가 상당히 많이 납니다. 결론적으로 머물기에 나쁘지 않은 호텔이며, 호텔앞에 시내로 들어가는 무료 셔틀이 있어서 이동하기도 편합니다. .

Wonderful experience, right on the beach
A very nice cozy place with amazing service. We will definitely stay there again if we were to go to Miami. We purely enjoyed our trip.

A neat, calm place, friendly staff. Convenient location for walking around the city. Beach holidays are organized to a high standard with hard-working staff. However, the issue of drying swimsuits in the room after the beach has not been considered. In addition, the hotel's restaurant lacks evening activities and varied food.

The staff was excellent and very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and was bigger in person than on the website. We were able to walk to local restaurants without taking an Uber/Lift. The pool was very clean and the beach was a 30 second walk from the beach. We enjoyed being around the local Latino people they were all friendly and nice. The guests at the hotels were from different ethnic backgrounds that made it more enjoyable.
