Lettuce Lake Regional Park is a 240-acre public park and natural haven in Tampa, Florida. The park was named for the lettuce look-alike plants, such as spatterdock and water lilies, that floated on the surface of its waters.

Overseen by Hillsborough County, Lettuce Lake Regional Park’s extensive 3,500-foot boardwalk system runs through several kinds of the state’s ecosystems, such as a freshwater wetland and floodplain, a primarily oak hardwood forest, cypress domes, and the Hillsborough River. Furthermore, the park operates a visitor centre, an observation tower, hiking trails, a sports field, a playground, picnic tables, and barbecue pits for recreational enjoyment.
