The best things to do in Seaport include enjoying contemporary art, waterfront dining, and upscale shopping. Boston is both a charming colonial city and a bustling modern metropolis. One area that has recently seen epic growth is the Boston Seaport District. Seaport spans 4 areas – Fort Point, Fan Pier, the Convention Centre, and Marine Industrial Park.
Seaport struggled in the past, but decades of investment and development have revitalised the waterfront area into a bustling destination anchored by the Institute of Contemporary Art. Waterfront restaurants with views of the harbour are easy to come by in Seaport, as are trendy shopping spots.
