We arrived at midnight, due to late flight daley. Our room was absolutely terrible, dirty, broken things, tv or safe deposit box not working. The plugs in the wall were broken, and when my daughter tried to plug in the phone charger, the plug went inside the wall!!!! The room was not the same than pictures in the website, much worse.
Rception closed after we signed in. Next morning reception opened at 10 AM. We tried to get the room changed. receptionist sent text message to ”supervisor” as he called the person. Supervisor refused, sorry not possible, even they had available rooms. Then after fours hours on/off negotiations it was suddenly possible, for a superhigh extra cost 195 USD, double what we paid before, We booked through Ebookerrs, 65USD/night, and was charged extra cost another 65 USD/night. And we did not get a receipt for extra payment!!
And again, dirty room. broken items and more.
The staff is unpolite, almost angry, but I can not blame them.
During the four hour stay I spent at the reception, about 80 % of the customers were complaining about something and were quite angry, since nothing was done to fix problems.
I heard that the owner is russian, which explains a lot, but still I have never experienced so terrible customer service or so badly managed hotel.
I HIGHLY recommend anyone NEVER EVER to go to this hotel.
