a small disappointment
Check-in went smoothly, but I was not told anything about the breakfast. I just asked about timings.
Next day whe going to breakfast room I was very rudely told by a breakfast waiter that "no payment, no breakfast" - although I had paid it together with my room reservation.
I had to call hotels.com reservation service; they forwarded me the confirmation in English - which I then forwarded to hotel recption.
Actually breakfast was awful !! Two separate low-ceiling rooms (apparently offices / meeting rooms) with VERY limited variety of food. Had to walk back and forth to get more stuff.
Room was nice, but bath room was small. There was a kichenette with huge fridge & freezer and even a washing machine for clothes.
In general the reception staff was okay.
Roff top pool was excellent with awesome view, and staff there superb.
