lots of steps, don't go during winter
LOTS of steps (150?) to access the hotel, this was not mentioned anywhere in hotels.com page.
We stayed during christmas holidays and it seemed like the hotel was just opened for us; Rooms cold (also only one heater for 50m2 apartment), hot water took > 10 minutes to arrive, shower floor was moldy and with lots of small animals (spiders etc). The kitchen was completely empty.
The balcony and the view to sea was stunning and in the summer the place is probably great. Access to beach was another 100 steps and from beach you can reach Positano center during good weather. On windy weather the beach was with lots of waves and walk to center was not possible, but you can walk to city via main road. On the main road there are also few restaurants which serve food
The steps.. a guy came to pick our luggage to the hotel but when we left he only played with his phone and didn't move a muscle to help us (I didn't ask)
Parking WAS AVAILABLE on the main road (20€ per day) even if hotels.com says it is not.
