Terrible experience. Going to bed I notice that the sheets are torn. The next morning I inform the reception, showing the photos and asking that they be changed during the cleaning of the room. They tell me it will be done, without even apologizing for the inconvenience. In the evening, when we return to the hotel, we discover that the room has not been cleaned, the beds have not been made and that the cleaning lady has simply left a bag with clean sheets (one of which was dirty) on one of the two beds.
We asked the front desk for an explanation and the answer was that they only have one cleaning lady for the entire property and therefore she cannot clean all the rooms. We had to make the beds ourselves. The next morning, when we checked out, we saw other guests complaining about the same problem, that no one had been notified of. Spending more than $400 per night to find torn sheets and having to make the room ourselves, without even a hint of apology from the staff, seems unacceptable to me. The hotel management, in exchange for this poor service, only discounted our resort fees.
