Checking in was a process where you would notice that the lobby personnel aren’t professionals. They would start doing other things while checking us in. Next the elevator wouldn’t work reliably. Then, when entering the room I thought the window was open. Well, it wasn’t, so that tells how bad the windows were. The bed was so worn out that it was like sleeping on a hill. Water tap in toilet hardly worked and the room could have been cleaned a lot better. The floor in particular was not clean. We had booked three rooms for three nights and left after the first night. We tried to get the third night reimbursed with no luck. Firsy the hotel asked us to contact Hotels.com, then Hotels.com contacted them and finally let me know there would be no refund. With this price you could get a much better accommodation in New York.
