Christmas markets on our minds!
I stayed at the hotel with my friend at the end of November. We were planning on visiting the Christmas markets and so we did and they were awesome!
The hotel was very clean, the staff was very friendly (special thanks to Niklas!) and the breakfast was good! We got the room on the upper floors and with the view as requested. The hotel was also very quiet in the middle of the week...first time in a hotel I didn't have to use earplugs to be able to sleep.
The only thing that we thought was odd was that the only dressing mirror was in the bathroom, even though there was plenty of room to hang it near the outer door. And there were no light in the shower. The only light came from the bathroom and it was quite dim in the shower.
The location was great...if you want, you can walk to the Alexaderplatz (~20min), but you can also take the U2 metro next to the hotel which takes you there in a few minutes. The same metro is also taking you to the KaDeWe shopping centre.
All in all I would stay in this hotel again, because the price quality ratio was excellent!
