My husband had an issue with the night auditor named Christian on Saturday morning around 5am, the mattress on our bed was extremely uncomfortable, there was no support and when I mentioned it to the front desk, I was told they couldnt move me to another room because my reservation was locked by Expedia.com.
I asked if the mattress could be switched out and Melissa assured me that thw maintenance man would swap it out while were gone for the day and it wasn't. When I asked why no one could call and tell me, there was no answer. I sent an email to the assistant manager Natasha on Sunday about the issue, we had a total of 6 hours of sleep all weekend. We decided to leave at 3am this morning because we coulsnt sleep; and we were woken up by the person across the hall who put a crunched up beer can in our door handle. While we were leaving, the gentlemen proceeded to harass us to the point that we needed to call the front desk and then the cops.
Once we got home today, I CALLED Natasha because I had not heard a response from her and after having a chat with her, she proceeded to state that she never had a problem with the man across the hall from us before and that maybe WE were the issue. I was also told by her that she had instructed her staff to ler us know that we could check out early without being penalized, HOWEVER NO OME TOLD US THAT. We absolutely would have left early. Overall I am so disappointed, and our Christmas vacation was ruined by this whole experience.
