Please don’t waste your time.
I was amazed that this hotel is associated with Wyndham, because it’s just that horrible:
- TVs don’t work
- I was moved to another room that reeked of cigarette smoke in which the TV did work, but the water didn’t
- My room didn’t have towels. Guy at the front desk went to a community area across from the desk and grabbed a couple of thin, dingy grey towels
- Moved back to my original room (still w/o a working TV). Front desk claimed manager was bringing a TV that never came
- I left an item in one of the switched rooms. Asked if I could retrieve, front desk claimed it was never there
- Potential room switches had holes in the walls, and the TVs didn’t work either (hence the reason I was switched back to my original room).
- Asked for any type of rebate due to being inconvenienced during the trip, was told since I paid online, I would not be eligible for any rebate.
- My son was itching the day we left. Got home and there were HUGE sores all over his back and legs. Of course no hotel will admit they have bugs, but this one definitely does.
This hotel is absolutely disgusting and should be condemned.
