The reception employee only gave us our room card when we checked in, he didn't tell us where to find the room or what to find anywhere, where to find breakfast, what the password for the wifi is, etc. The room was missing a "hotel book", which usually contains a lot of general information about the hotel and the room. Or we just couldn't find it. There was no manual for the coffee machine, it took us a while in the morning to figure out how it works. The water compartment of the coffee maker was completely slimy and dirty. The mugs were dirty. Always the cleaners hadn't even changed the used mugs. The sheets were not changed, they were just made. Every time the temperature in our room was set to 18 degrees and the windows were also left open. When we got to the room, it was cold and it took a long time for the room to warm up again. In the shower, the drain cover was off and I was about to slip into it. Otherwise the club room was relatively spacious for a Parisian room and otherwise mostly clean and functional. These few little things caused my experience to be on the bad side. I recommend paying attention to these in the future.
