I checked into the hotel on the evening of Dec 20th, the young men at the front desk were friendly and professional. Inside the room I noticed there were no nightlights and the room is quite dimly lit with 3 lamps and the overhead light on. The room was pleasantly clean and comfortable. As I readied for bed, I noticed a buzzer type coming from the closet area. I assumed it was an elevator nearby. I eventually fell asleep. Upon waking, I didn’t immediately notice the noise until about 11am when I was wide awake. I ran a few errands and returned back to the room at 430pm. I begin watching a movie. During the movie, I noticed the noise occurring more frequently. At 545pm, I called down to the front desk to report the noise. The young lady informed me that she would send engineering up to assess. After 30 minutes, I called down to the front desk again and the young man informed me that he would contact engineering and have them speak to me when they came up. Needless to say, the noise continued. I was beginning to nod off and realized the noise was a complete nuisance, I called down to the front desk once more and the young lady stated she would move my room and bring a key up. The young lady informed that there was an HVAC problem outside the door however I showed her where the noise was coming from and she stated the stairwell was in that direction and the restaurant underneath the room. She also informed me that the engineer told the young man to change the room hours ago
