Let there be light.
Kasa South Loop is a decent location. The view fro the 16th floor was amazing. It was not far from the major attractions of downtown Chicago. Most are in walking distance. The only trouble I had with the unit we were occupying was the lighting and electrical sockets. The light switches seems to work randomly, while half of the electrical sockets didn't work at all.

I don't want to text to get questions answered or be told to go around the building because I did not have a key fob, the use of which was never well detailed for me. This is a service industry, staff to offer service.
