The receptionists are Venezuelans, very professionals, I was dealing with the receptionist about the credit card issues and the supposed owner showed up yelling and asking to pay the fees in cash, of course at that time 3:00 am, how can you have Peruvian currency? I was told that I have to pay 140 Peruvian soles because there are people waiting and I told her I am paying in Us dollars, she was upset, even that the guy in the receptionist solved the issue. I do not why she was an upset and rude very poor attitude. If you book thru Expedia make, sure you have Peruvian soles because she (the owner) will ask to pay with it, does not matter if it is 3:00 am. I feel so bad for those two Venezuelan staff who works hard. Can you imagine if she treats poorly to the client, imagine how she treats her employees? I do not recommend this place.
