The ownership/staff is very friendly and accommodating. The motel definitely has been around for a long time, but I like the real wood paneling; it is warm and cozy. I would have rated comfort even higher because the bed is very supportive, but the pillow is a typical hotel pillow, firm to the point of not being very comfortable. Aberdeen is what it is, an overgrown farm town, but it does contain Northern State University, which helps the atmosphere. Because I go for business, it does not matter very much for me. Again, for sportsmen, business travelers, or for those looking to economize a bit, the Innkeeper fills the bill.
