An honest review of the positives and negatives
Customer service at the hotel lobby was slow and disrespectful. Our check in lasted 20 minutes, because the cashier was talking to a friend and was unable to work and talk at the same time. The rooms were pretty small, but it wasn’t a big problem since we didn’t spend time in there other than the nights sleeping. The tap water tasted bad, and as a first timer in france i don’t know if it’s the same everywhere or just our hotel.
Also the variety in the breakfast buffet was very minimal, so we ended up finding another place to eat our breakfast.
Despite of starting this review with the worst, it’s not all negatives when it comes to this hotel. The location was good, since the metro station was just across the road and it made transporting to the central very easy.
The hotel overall was pretty clean and fresh.
B&B Hotel has a pretty decent price-quality ratio compared to some of the other hotels that may cost much more.
Overall it’s an ok place to stay for a few nights, but just don’t get your expectations for the hotel too high.
