Stayed for 5 nights. I would give this hotel 9/10.
The good:
-Great location slightly outside of Hoi An centre - trust me, it's good to be slightly removed from the crowds. Easy 10-15min walk or a $1 taxi ride from the centre.
-The staff were out of this world nice and well trained.
-Very clean and spacious rooms
-Great breakfast
-Easy to organize drivers, tours, etc. Whatever you need, they'll help you out.
-Everyone spoke excellent English
The bad:
-While there was no noise from the outside, the rooms have no noise cancellation. You could've heard a pin drop in the next room over. We had a loud family in the next room over that kept us awake. We were offered a room change and it was heavenly and quiet once there was no one in the next room over.
