The whole place looked recently renovated, everything was modern and clean. My room was not the biggest but I had not expected more for a single. Wifi and air condition worked. The receptionist was a very nice young woman (Sorry, I didn't ask her name) who gave me several leaflets about attractions and then gave good tips while explaining places on the map.
The hotel is located in a neighbourhood that looks to be a mix of local residents and other small hotels/hostels. There was some rough edges but I never felt like it wasn't safe to walk alone, even when I ventured out after dark. Walk to the tram stop was short and tram takes you to the train station or city centre fast and easy. (Line 6 and buy the ticket in advance from a kiosk.) There's not really any restaurants close by, but there's a shop few minutes out and bakery on the route to the tram stop that you can grab breakfast from (like the locals do).
If I really nitpick and look for faults I can think of two. The floor of the bathroom was really slick tile that you can slip on when stepping out of shower, if you're not careful. Putting a towel on the floor solved that. There seemed to be little gap under the door to the room, since sliver of light showed at night. It made it so that sounds from the corridor could be heard very well. Fortunately that didn't prove to be much of a problem, since there were only few rooms at that floor, so not many people coming or going.
