The hotel was nice and cute, in a great location, but it had several downsides that made our stay less enjoyable. The front sliding doors face a busy courtyard/walkway, offering little to no privacy. The walls are paper-thin, you can hear neighbors closing doors, flushing toilets, and even snoring at night. It was difficult to feel relaxed with all the noise. The check-in area is also very tight and small. While the front desk staff was very nice, it almost felt like we were being watched.
To top it off, our power was shut off on our last day for a couple of hours without any prior notice, which was frustrating. Honestly, for over $300 a night, it just wasn’t worth it. We’ll probably have to try a different place next time.
