Beautiful and clean, but with issues
Nice hotel, very clean, but with clear issues of maintenance or age. My room had problems with the key that was not working properly and my sink faucet had no warm water. Other family members had issues with the toilet plumbing and roaches. The rooms we occupied had very little light (artificial or natural) were dark to a point where I had to use my phone's light to get things done. All outdoor furniture showed signs of heavy wear and tear and could use fixing and maintenance. The hotel's restaurant was ok, with a limited menu.
This said, on the positive side, the hotel's gardens and public areas were incredibly well tended and beautiful. The employees were all extremely friendly and helpful, and the hotel's WhatsApp concierge service was a blessing; we used them to organize several excursions.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay but for the price, we would have expected to have less issues with the rooms and infrastructure. The management needs to step up their game.
