Good Location but Poor Experience
I was in the hotel for 3 days and the experience was not good. The hotel is small, I understand that but it does not mean that the service has to be poor. I had many inconveniences during my stay, just to comment some: when I arrived to the hotel on a Sunday at 7.45 am, there was no one to open the front door of the hotel. Fortunately, the van driver felt sorry for me and took me to his following trips and dropped me again at the hotel around 9 am and by then, there was someone opening to front door of the hotel. I was not expecting to have the room ready, but I wanted to drop my suitcase and walked the city until the room was ready.
The room was small, I knew it, but there was very little wifi. I had to place the phone or computer near the window and I could get a little bit of signal but impossible to work or check content on internet.
Finally, when I checked out, suddenly an extra cost of 19% was added if I paid with credit card so I tried to pay with cash, guess what... there was no change in the hotel and the answer of the person was: I don't have any change (with no intention to get any) ... I ended up paying with credit card and the extra cost. Just for you to know, the change was less that 30 USD... I didn't like the attitude.
