The key code sent in an e-mail did not work, even though according to the display it was the correct code, and it took almost one hour to get another, working, key code from the 24/7 hotline. No refund was offered.
The sound insulation was poor and all trains could be heard inside - I have lived close to a railroad and the insulation can be way better. The balconies did not have any privacy at all, only a handrail separating them. It was therefore also impossible to keep the balcony door open at night as many people living in the same floor could then easily access the room while you are sleeping.
