I truly wanted to give this hotel a glowing review—there were definitely some high points. The location was absolutely fantastic, and the complimentary breakfast exceeded expectations in both quality and variety.
However, the room itself left much to be desired. We were aware at the time of booking that the room did not have a window, and we were prepared for that. What we didn’t anticipate was the complete lack of ventilation. There was no airflow at all, which made the room feel stuffy and uncomfortable.
While we were inside during the day, we found ourselves having to prop the door open just to get some circulation. Of course, this wasn’t an option at night, when we needed to close the door for safety and privacy. Unfortunately, that meant sleeping in a poorly ventilated, stagnant room—even though the outdoor temperature was a pleasant 70°F.
If you're considering staying here, be sure to double-check whether your room has a window or at least adequate ventilation. It made a big difference in our overall comfort and enjoyment of the stay.
