I was there two times. As a Gold VIP member from hotels.com I was supposed to have a free bottle of wine by the hotel. No bottle was given "as they had changed the rules". In my reservation it said that I was supposed to have one. They said it was hotels.com mistake, but still when I checked future reservations, the bottle was offered. I don't know whose fault it is, but I would NEVER stay in this hotel again because if 5-star hotel cannot solve customers' problem in a small case, how they solve major ones?
