Check in could have been better. I understand the young lady may have been new, however, 1st impressions count. Decided to pay at the hotel. ¹st card denied, 2 card denièd, third card denied. Tried to pay cash. They don't take cash. Only to find out from the bank and credit cards- they were all charged. When the manager came he wanted to charge my card again. I refused and showed him the charges had already gone through. Got to the room and it smelled closed in, no problem.Got some Febreeze from local store. The sofa bed had no pillows, covers or sheets. Went down to get them & was informed they should have handed them to me at check in. So lesson learned. Pay on the app, ask more questions and check the room.
