We stayed at Level One Hotel for my birthday, and it was a good experience overall. The hotel was clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and check-in/check-out were smooth.
It was a nice, stress-free stay and a great way to celebrate my birthday. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it for anyone looking for a solid stay in LA.

We loved our stay at the Level DTLA. The location was super! Everything we needed including the event we were going to, was in walking distance. The pool area was a lot better than described, I just used it the last day and regret I didn't use it more! Felt like a little spa-area in the middle of DTLA! The room had everything we needed, we used the kitchen and washing machine a lot as we travelled with teens. The staff could have been more helpful, especially when it came to the expensive parking! We later found out there are cheaper 24 hour parking places in walking distance, but they didn't tell us that, even if we asked the first day! They could also shown better service when we had trouble coming out from the parking as our ticket didn't work! As we travelled with teens and I had online work to do, having restrictions on the internet was disappointing (only 5 devices per booking - and we were 4 people with phones and laptops)! Other than that we loved our stay at the Level. Both the sofa bed and the main bed were comfortable, and we loved having a balcony in our room! I will choose this place again when I'm in LA because of the location, the comfortable beds, cleanliness, the facilities, the blackout curtains(!) and the pool area! We had a wonderful stay all in all! Thank you!
