The first room I was put in, the beds weren't made, the faucet didn't work. I went down & asked to switch rooms which they did promptly. The decor is great & rooms are very comfortable. I booked through hotels.com, prepaid up-front & the app said I'd owe $75. When I checked out, I was told I'd have to pay $115 for a "DEN Amenities Fee". I talked to someone at the front desk the night before who gave me conflicting information to what was explained to me at check out (as to what I owe). The point here, is if you book this property with a third-party, talk to the front desk at check-in or during the first half of your stay so you're on the same page about what's owed/what's the charge for etc. It was very confusing. They told me a manager was going to call me but never did. I called & left a voicemail. I never got a call back. It has been 2 weeks.
