Check in was good, however I got no sleep and had to cancel my second night .I preferred the second floor but due to the hotel not having a elevator I had the first The clerk said there were some non profit guests that were next to my room but they were quiet .When they arrived, you heard constant slamming of doors, yelling down the hallway .After over a hour ,I opened the door and now seen there were several rooms doors propped open and they were yelling and going back in forth.I went to the front desk and advised her ,I need to be moved and it was to loud and there are other paying guest here. She tells me she can't move me and then "o there young and good people and I have asked them to quiet down but they don't listen .I have never experienced such a thing .I felt like I was in a halfway house. She did eventually knock on my door and moved my room ,so I was inconvenienced and had to pack all my belongings. The bed was extremely hard, remote didn't work.I now see what there were not many guest, there are live in people there and it's not pleasant.I ended up having to move to a new hotel the second day
