We booked a 2 bedroom villa, which was according to pictures both spacious and nice. When we arrived, we were told that hotel has overbooked the villas and we would get two connecting rooms. As a compensation we got massage to two (there was four of us). We expressed that we are not happy with the offer, but besides smiles and "we are very sorry", that's all we got. I also asked why we not informed before our arrival, but didn't get a proper answer.
The rooms we got were really worn out, internet didn't work, some towels were missing. Over all, the rooms were low quality. Far what we expected from the villa and very far from what we ended up paying for. You get much better value for the money even in Europe and US.
