I booked this hotel as part of a birthday present for my mom. We had booked two triple rooms (i.e., with one queen or king size bed and a separate sofa bed) for four adults and one 12 month old. Upon arrival the line for checking in was massively long. We waited without being offered any water, refreshments or even an apology for the long wait. Once we were in the process of checking in, I reminded the person who was helping us that we had booked two triple-rooms. Regardless of this, and exhausted as we were from the long trip and the long wait to be checked in, we realize that we have been given standard double rooms. I immediately head downstairs to ask to get the correct room category. Another hour long wait ensues, brought on partly by the fact that all of the staff seem to use the same computer for check-in. We finally get checked in around two hours after we have arrived at the hotel. The rooms are very average, which would have been fine had it not been for the many issues we faced throughout our stay. To name a few: the toilet flush button would mysteriously stop working, the AC would turn on automatically and stay on every time you entered your key card meaning that the room was constantly freezing, the front desk NEVER (I mean, NEVER) answered the phone without fail, we found multiple long hairs on the towels, etc. etc. Perhaps the worst part - there was a dead fish in the aquarium where the breakfast was served. 0 star rating.
