Dealing with customer service over the phone is a nightmare. I didn't get an email with my passcode to get in, and when I did it wouldn't work. The very next day, I had to call again since they deactivated my code for some reason. Honestly, even some other Spaniards were frustrated with the virtual reception system, a few even waited hours to get into the lobby itself. Yes, the rooms are fair for the price and the bathrooms are lovely, but the customer service is so awful that it didn't feel worth it at the end.
