The location of the hotel is excellent, just a couple of blocks for Republic Square - but still quiet and very comfortable. All of the staff were very pleasant and trying to please throughout my weeks stay.
Breakfast is pretty basic, OK but nothing special. I ate a few times at both the outdoor terrace restaurant and the main restaurant Anoush. Most of the experiences were good and the prices were decent for a hotel restaurant downtown, but the fish I got in Anoush the first night I came in was quite overcooked and dry.
The hotel looks new and everything is in order. Wi-fi works reliably but most of the time was frustratingly slow. I had a single room for the week and that one was pretty small - a big bathroom but there wasn't really any room around the bed. Good air-conditioning, worked as it should and wasn't too noisy.
Worthy of a good four-star but not quite five. For example I had some postcards to send out, and as I was leaving by rental car each morning early to see around the country and returning late, I asked them to help me with that. The cards eventually got sent out, but I had to ask them a couple of times for it - and the first response was always "Couldn't you do it yourself?". At pretty much every hotel I've stayed this kind of request would've been met with "Of course, is there anything else?"
