The physical appearance of the hotel is very likable. My room and bathroom were very nice but i would give 7 out 10 points or 3 stars out of 5 for the following reason: it's very customary now a days to find in the room a bottle of water, and a tea/coffee maker. In many hotels they have a station with water, tea and coffee for the guests. This hotel gives you zero, nothing, du rien, nada, nule... In my case after a River Cruise I stayed 5 nights in different cities I was visiting and in ALL, i repeat again, ALL, i received a bottle of water, tea and coffee maker, a candy or chocolate. In my case after all this traveling and not a very good weather I had a little cold and the last thing I wanted to do was to go shopping for water or tea. When I went to their restaurant to have dinner, of course, I ordered the tea. I was expecting to see a little jar with enough hot water and the bag of tea. I had to ask the waiter to refill the cup to bring it to my room to finish with my tea. When i was going up to my room with my tea he wasn't very happy and asked me for the number of my room. I felt very uncomfortable. So, the impression i got from this hotel is that they are not very generous. Would i come back again there? Maybe well equipped with water and the tea/coffee maker. In other words, NO, because for me generosity and kidness make me feel welcomed.
