Rude front desk staff, small bugs in the room and
We arrived at the hotel after mid-night with prepaid rooms. The lady claimed that none of our 4 credit cards work. Finally she managed to put them through "another program" - even then she claimed that problem is with our cards which we'd used and continued to use during the trip without problems.
Next day found bed bug or some other animal in the bath room - see pictures. During the second day the TV did not work for couple of hours despite maintenance guy came to see it. Wi-Fi was poor and dropping. Avoid this hotel. Second evening we went to hotel bar and got drink menus - waited half and hour and nobody came to take orders. Same experience following day at the top floor pool bar. Can't also recommend this for non-Hebrew speaking people. Even afterwards the front desk staff sent message not admitting that problem was in their machine but groundlessly blamed the customer for the problem.
