My best friend and I stayed here about a week and a half ago. Leading up to the stay, we saw that the hotel offered a shuttle transportation from the airport via their website. I reached out to the hotel via email about three or four weeks before our stay to arrange the shuttle. They replied once to ask for our flight information. I replied and did not hear anything back. I was sort of looking for a confirmation that the shuttle was confirmed. I sent a few follow-ups, and my best friend even tried to reach out as well, and we did not hear back until the day before our flight. Following check-in, our room did not have any towels at all, so we had to request towels. We also requested wash cloths/small towels, but were given hand towels, so I would say that you would need to bring your own washcloth if you decide to stay at this property. Staff were kind, especially the servers and kitchen staff. We got mixed communication about microwaves. On one hand, we were told to ask kitchen staff to use the microwave, But the kitchen staff told us that we could not use the microwave. The property was also doing construction at the time we were there so one of the pools was closed during regular hours. Luckily, we were leaving this day so didn’t have a need to use the pool. The room was decent. The beds were very comfortable! Overall it was a decent stay.
