We loved everything about it! Very clean, staff very attentive to our needs, and the bathroom was my favorite part with its huge shower and separate jacuzzi tub!!

No need to plan to much. Uber is 5 minutes from everywhere. The mall is directly across street. Pool and cabanas are excellent

This room is not well maintained. There is damage throughout including ripped fabric on the wall above the cabinets. One of the cabinet doors that is used for the owner and is locked was sticking out from the wall and is not closed correctly or is broken. The jets in the tub do not work and would randomly turn on when not in use. It is advertised as a fully stocked kitchen however there are no kitchen items in the room but you can call housekeeping if you need them. Even though this room is on a very high floor it faces northwest and experiences very loud trains through the night as well as constant road noise. It makes it very difficult to relax and sleep. The booking rep/manager/owner is completely unresponsive after I reached out multiple times prior to and during the stay. They kept sending AI messages about extending our stay but couldn’t even once respond to my inquiries. They did send messages to pay $65 insurance upfront (prior to check) to cover damage and avoid the front desk check-in deposit of $200. This is inaccurate and a scam. Don’t fall for this add-on. Trump front desk collects mandatory deposit from everyone which is reasonable and there are no exceptions. The extra insurance is unnecessary. We will never reserve this unit again but would stay at another Trump hotel room.

Careful if u book this hotel thru hotels.com. Last year we booked this hotel thru Hilton and it was fantastic. This time we booked thru hotels.com but completely different experience. It’s basically a timeshare so ur getting a room that belongs to someone else (one of the big closets was locked with their things). We were in a room overlooking a strip joint facing the mountains. It was actually kinda pretty, but it also overlooked the train tracks. So u guessed it….it was LOUD!!! Middle of the night loud. Lots of traffic with 2 busy highways and a train every hour. We immediately asked to change rooms in the morning. But because we booked thru a 3rd party (hotels.com), they they said we were not allowed to switch rooms. What?!?! I’m not sure why that has anything to do with it but it must be due to the timeshare piece of this hotel. This is the only downside of this hotel but it was a big deal and we won’t stay here again. It was kind of misleading.

We booked 2 units in hotel. We were sure its regular rooms, but when we arrived to hotel and tried to change our reservation dates. Then it showed that the units we booked its owned privately, so hotel couldn't do any changes. After being on the phone for almost 1 hour(calling to usa phone number, that the price is insane) we didn't got any answers! Then they wanted to charge us extra for changing the booking! And we got answer only late in the evening. So basically all day got ruined because of thet. Customer service of this private apartments was terrible. Definitely not recommended. Also if you book directly with hotel its cheaper than to book through hotels.com Be careful of this! The sound isolation from outside is not good, helicopters trains and cars going like crazy there, so if you are sensitive for sounds when you are sleeping, would suggest to choose another hotel. Hotel in general was very nice and well maintained. However Not recommended to use they restaurant.
