Didn't start off well (the arranged pickup from the port didn't happen, though they quickly responded to a "where are you?" call). Shown to a room which bore no resemblance to online pictures - a basic room (with small fridge but no kitchenette) pleasant enough in itself, opening to a small internal terrace, giving only limited natural light. It was a bit like a dungeon. Asked the manager for another option, and then shown to a basement level room. This was bigger and better, and we accepted it. The balcony was below street level, but OK for enjoying breakfast. Room Itself was fine, with ample room. Air con worked well. Kitchenette limited in cooking gear etc, but staff happy to fill gaps. Staff very pleasant and helpful, and the return ride to the port worked well. Would recommend, but suggest you ask for details in the room you're booking. Upstairs rooms with balconies overlooking street would be best. Avoid the dungeon!
